Being first generation American from a Greek family, my interest
in food runs deep with Old World influences…good food and lots
of it, good friends, dancing, singing and laughing.
When
I left home at the age of nineteen, my first roommates were the
Grandsons of a French restaurateur. We threw legendary parties,
and food always played a key part. Along the way I learned a
very important lesson: Women love a man who can cook. It was
either my pizza or lamb souvlaki that won my wife’s heart.
In this Recipes section you will get
some of my favorite seasonal menus made up of my favorite recipes.
Every few months I’ll add different recipes as I think of them, or
find new ones I like. I might also come up with some tips. So,
