One of many nights at The Bluebird
(L to R: Jim, Bob Di Piero, Angela Kaset, Mike Reid, Gary Burr and Hugh Prestwood)

The 90's ended well for Photoglo : writing songs, performing and enjoying his status as one of Nashville's top songwriters. You Give Me Love (recorded by Faith Hill on her Faith CD) was chosen by NBC to close the final episode of Mad About You, starring Helen Hunt and Paul Reiser. The Meaning of Love (co-written and performed by Michael McDonald) was featured in the Mike Nichols' film What Planet Are You From?, starring Gary Shandling and Annette Benning. Photoglo continued to perform regularly at Nashville’s legendary Bluebird Café and released the CD, Fly Straight Home on his new label, Grifftone Records, named after the latest addition to the Photoglo musical family, Griffin James Photoglo born in October 1999!

MAD ABOUT FAITH--Jim Photoglo, Faith Hill and Harry Stinson take a minute to pose at the triple platinum party for the album Faith. The bash was held at the Arena Club in Nashville, TN on May 25,1999. Photoglo and Stinson co-wrote the song "You Give Me Love" along with Matraca Berg.

Jim continues to tour solo, and as part of the duo Freebo and Photoglo, combining songwriter workshops with concerts at colleges, coffee houses and clubs around the country and has become a regular on the main stage of the Kerrville Folk Festival. This year he will debut his latest release on Grifftone Records, Sparks In The Radio.
